Day 4-Thankful Thursday

I am thankful today for our families safety, tornadoes have moved in around us the last two days and there has been property damage but no one has been killed.  I hope the storms are over now.

Bible verse of the day:
“For, "All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord stands forever." And this is the word that was preached to you.”- 1 Peter 1:24-25

I ordered 2 new lenses and am not so patiently awaiting their arrival....lol
I have been trying to use my camera everyday and been trying to study about photography at least once everyday. I want to learn all that I can to help me pursue this desire I have for it !!

Wordless Wednesday............

Rainy dreary day...

Today its raining & what a dreary day !! Here is a picture I took awhile back but decided to edit it last night & just fell in love with it. It almost looks like a painting to me.

Hope everybody has a better day than mine has started out, but no complaints. Im thankful to be alive !!

Day 1 of blogging

Im not really sure what I will be using this blog for but im going to start a challenge to myself to take 1 picture a day. I have a passion for photography & the only way I can learn is to continue to educate myself and trial and error. Everyday I am going to try and post a picture that I have taken.
I think I will call it 365 For Me, since its for my own benefit.
I will be posting about weight loss & the challanges I face along the way.
